While the scaffolding does not block light into the flat, we suggest that you lock the front windows when leaving daily for added security. The scaffold is alarmed at night, so there's no need to worry about security during evening and overnight hours. We sincerely apologise for any audible noise and inconvenience this may cause during your stay. -Please note that the beds are standard UK sizes. -Please note that JOIVY is not responsible or liable for lost, misplaced, or stolen items during guests' stays. -Please note the property is equipped with a noise, smoke, and occupancy monitoring device. - In light of the current situation, we kindly ask our guests to consume electricity and gas mindfully. Please note we will add an additional charge for excessive energy usage. -Please note that а refundable damage deposit of £250 is mandatory and should be paid via card and before check-in.
