The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub and shower. Fresh linen, towels, and essentials are provided for a comfortable stay.

Guests will have access to the whole flat. Check-in Information: A JOIVY employee will welcome you to the property, give a tour, and provide keys. Late Check-in Fees (By card via SumUp device upon arrival or through the provided online payment link) 9 PM to 12 AM: £20 After 12 AM: £40 In addition, a £20 fee will be due if you arrive 2 hours after the agreed check-in time.

We will ensure that there is someone in the house upon your arrival to welcome you, give you keys and help you settle in with a quick tour of the property. Linen, towels, and bathroom essentials are all provided, as is a hairdryer. -Please note the property is equipped with a noise, smoke, and occupancy monitoring device. There is Wifi throughout the whole flat. -Please note that there is no baby equipment in the property (cot or high chair). Kindly arrange your own equipment. If there is anything we have missed or you have any questions, please don't hesitate to get in touch! -Please note that а refundable damage deposit of £250 is mandatory and should be paid via card and before check-in. We inspect the property after you check out; if there is no damage, we refund the deposit within 2 days via bank transfer.
