---We are kindly asking you to strictly follow the garbage disposal rules, as we will withhold an amount from your security deposit if we receive complaints from the neighbours or a letter from the council. If your check-out day is on days other than Wednesday or Thursday, please note that you should leave the garbage inside the flat and let the cleaners take it. Thank you in advance for your cooperation. -Please be informed that our building will undergo exterior repainting beginning on September 4th. The work will involve both the front and back of the building and is expected to take approximately four weeks to complete. During this period, scaffolding will be erected around the exterior, and painters will work on-site. Audible noise may occur during this time, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. -In light of the current situation, we kindly ask our guests to consume electricity and gas mindfully. Please note we will add an additional charge for excessive energy usage. -Please note that а refundable damage deposit of £250 is mandatory and should be paid via card and before check-in. We inspect the property after you check out; if there is no damage, we refund the deposit within 2 days via bank transfer. -Please note that there is no baby equipment in the property (cot or high chair). Kindly arrange your own equipment.
