You will receive an 6 digit access code for the entrance and the room before your arrival and all the instructions necessary to access.

Our front desk is open daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM to assist you with check-in, questions, or anything you need during your stay. If you arrive outside of these hours, don’t worry-our hotel uses a secure digital access system by Akiles. You will receive a personal access code before your arrival, which allows you to enter the building and your room at any time-day or night. Simply enter the code on the keypad at the entrance and your room door. For your safety, our hotel is monitored by video surveillance during the night, and our support team remains reachable for emergencies.

Please note that a damage deposit hold of 200 Euros per stay is required and must be secured via card prior to check-in. The deposit is a pre-authorization on your card that will be automatically released after your check-out, provided no damage is found during the inspection. As an alternative, you can choose to pay a non-refundable damage waiver.
